    The Specialized Recruiting Group and Express Employment Professional Office in Bellevue, Washington is co-owned by Jake Domer and Dan Donohue. Both long-time residents of the Seattle Eastside area, they strive to be leaders in the community with high company standards, practices, and values. 

    Throughout their careers, the one constant both Jake and Dan have found is that great businesses are built upon great people. The difference between simply “good” companies and truly “outstanding” ones are the people in them - which is why The Specialized Recruiting Group and Express Employment Professionals of Bellevue focus on providing top tier talent to their clients.      Prior to his acquisition of Express Employment Professionals, Jake attended the University of Washington and had a successful career in banking and finance with executive roles in accounting, finance, risk management, strategy, production, and marketing.  Jake started his career as a CPA and was the VP of Finance and Controller at two different technology companies in the Bellevue area prior to banking. He was Chairman of the Board for Childhaven and was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the region's 40 under 40 award recipients. He's an active member of the Seattle Entrepreneurs Organization, Vistage, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and OneRedmond. He lives in Kirkland with his wife, Britt, and daughters, Danika and Keira.

    Dan Donohue

    Owner

    Before Express Employment Professionals, Dan attended Saint Mary's College to play baseball and majored in Business and Economics. He spent over twenty years at a prominent staffing company where he served in account leadership, sales, training and development, operations, and regional enterprise account oversight supporting multiple divisions in six different markets. He later worked in the consulting industry as a Senior Director and Sales Leader. Dan is passionate about community involvement and youth development, actively coaching multiple sports teams within the City of Kirkland and serving on the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Washington. He lives in Kirkland with his wife Taylee, daughter Malia, and son Matthew.
