Express Employment Professionals Local Ownership consists of husband-and-wife co-owners/operators Tom, Terri Greeno.

 Tom and Terri Greeno opened the North Kane County Express Employment Professionals office in West Dundee on May 5, 2014 as an expansion office of their Crystal Lake location which has been open since August 11, 2003. The Greenos are energetically engaged in supporting the well-being of the North Kane as well as McHenry County community with their time, talents, leadership and financial involvement in many worthy local endeavors.

The Greenos' staffing business (a certified Woman Owned Business) has received international acclaim.  Express Services, Inc., one of the 5 largest staffing franchises in the world with well over 800 locations in the U.S., Canada and South Africa, has recognized the Crystal Lake office as one of the premier offices in the franchise system. The McHenry County franchise has received multiple national awards for annual gross sales, while Tom and Terri's office has grown to rank in the Top offices in the nation.  They have reached as high as Top 10 in the world. The North Kane county office is well under way to following its sister-office's footsteps. The West Dundee office earned the Fast Track Award, granted to a rising star franchise. It also achieved the distinction of the fastest expansion office to hit the Fast Track designation after only 14 weeks, instead of the normal 26-week period. Furthermore it also had the highest sales of any expansion office within the 26-week Fast Track period.

Terri Greeno has come a long way since attending college on a vocal scholarship.  After working for several companies and spending 17 years as a home-based consultant, Greeno and her husband, Tom, opened Express Employment Professionals in Crystal Lake in 2003 and the West Dundee office in 2014. Terri's community involvement includes CASA, Past Youth Exchange Officer for Rotary, Past Board of Directors for MCEDC as well as memberships in Crystal Lake Chamber, Elgin Area Chamber, Hampshire Chamber, Cary Fox River Grove Chamber, Northern Kane County Chamber, McHenry Area Chamber and Marengo Union Chamber, Women in Management, The American Staffing Association, National Association of Women Business Owners ("NAWBO"), National Association of Temporary Services, and National Association of Personnel Services. Terri is a past President of Stateline SHRM. Prior to the staffing business, Terri received her BA from Indiana University and her MBA from University of Illinois.

Tom has recently stepped down from Jr. High boys Youth Group leadership.  In addition to being co-owner/operator of the North Kane County franchise, he serves as Onsite Manager for Strategic Client Partnerships.

Leslie joined out team in 2017 as our Operations Consultant, serving 4 Express Employment Professional's offices. She is responsible for leading our team's internal growth and development, resulting in the best experience for our Associates.

Leslie works with nationally recognized trainers and curriculum to ensure the highest caliber and consistent team available. Leslie utilizes data derived during training to make improvements in tools, daily practices, and information management. Part of her passion is to identify opportunities to improve the associate and client experience and developing leaders and skills of our team.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and baking.
