    If you work 500 consecutive hours ending one full week prior to the holiday week, you will earn Holiday Pay.

    Vacation Pay

     

    How do you get vacation days?

    You earn one vacation day for every 500 consecutive hours you work starting at 1000 hours.

    If you are off of Express’ payroll for more than 180 days, your hours worked calculation will restart. 

    1000 hrs. = 2 Days

    1500 hrs. = 3 Days

    2000 hrs. = 4 Days
