Meet the Owners

Dave and Eunice Kehlor opened their first Express office in April 1995. Dave, who had been in sales with Mead Corporation and Eunice, who was working with CompuServe, quit their jobs and moved from Chicago to Indy after purchasing the rights to the Indianapolis franchise.  With a lot of hard work, Express rapidly grew to one of the Top 10 Express franchises in the entire system. Since those early days, Dave and Eunice continued to expand their business into various segments including: Light Industrial, Administrative, Engineering and Accounting/Finance.

Dave and Eunice own an additional franchise in Lebanon, IN. Dave Kehlor is the Developer for the state of Indiana and oversees 18 Express locations, generating over $100 million in sales. Currently, Express Employment Professionals is the 3rd Largest Staffing Company in Indianapolis with over $40 million in sales and five locations.

Dave Kehlor holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University and Eunice Kehlor holds a B.S. in Engineering from Northwestern University.
