Congratulations to Our East Central Zone Employee of the Year

Associate Samuel Kibaayla has been selected as the Employee of the Year for our Express East Central Zone, beating out nominees from almost 160 franchises! Franchise owner Michael Elliott and Office Manager Andrea Yakub were on site at Stance Healthcare yesterday to share the great news and all of Samuel's coworkers gathered around to celebrate and congratulate Samuel for this great honour. 

As an Employee of the Year for our zone, Samuel receives $1,000 and an all expense paid trip for him and a guest to our leadership conference in Washington, D.C. At the conference, he will be invited on stage and his story will be shared. He will then be considered, along with the four other nominees for the overall Express Employee of the Year - a title which comes with yet another cash prize.

Samuel has been working with Andrea for almost 12 years and in that time as been on 34 assignments, all of which he completed, and he was hired on twice. He has recently been hired on at Stance Healthcare, where he has been since 2021. Samuel was nominated for the Employee of the Year by Andrea not only because of his strong work ethic, unfailing positivity and commitment to his job, but for his involvement with his own community overseas in Africa. Once a year, Samuel goes back to his homeland for two months to contribute to his community in any way he can. His selflessness and desire to help is evident in all he does.
