Prior to becoming an Express franchisee, Michael held senior management positions with leading foreign currency and international payments companies. Under his leadership, Express London has won multiple awards and has consistently achieved a top performing status among the more than 850 franchises.

Christine Menard is a Franchise Owner of Express Employment Professionals London and has an ownership stake in several other Express franchises in Ontario, British Columbia, and Minnesota. Christine founded Contact Human Resource Group in 1979 and evolved that business into the first Express Personnel Services franchise in Canada. Chris and her husband spend their free time traveling throughout the US and European countries.

Gregory Smit joined Express Kitchener in 2022, but his Express journey began six years ago with the Express Cambridge office. As Business Development Representative, Gregory provides workforce solutions for clients by gaining a full understanding of their hiring needs, giving advice and sharing resources to help them make the best hiring decisions. Gregory’s passion for delivering exceptional customer service stems from his many years spent in the hospitality industry in South Africa. It is also one of the reasons he was named one of the Top 50 Business Development Representatives out of over 800 Express offices three years in a row.

An avid sports fan, Gregory can often be found outside of the office cheering on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats during football season. He is also a seasoned traveller, exploring the beautiful beaches of tropical destinations and experiencing different cultures. 

As Office Manager, Andrea Yakub looks after the day-to-day operations for the Express Kitchener office and has been a part of the team for over 16 years. Andrea routinely provides the team with sales and recruiting support, manages payroll and administrative duties and is the office Health & Safety representative. She is passionate about helping others and often acts as a sounding board to her team, keeping them on track with their goals. When not in the office, Andrea loves to travel to exotic locales in the Caribbean and Central America and soak up the sunshine and culture.

Corrina Carson joined Express Kitchener in 2022 as Recruiting Specialist. Prior to working in recruiting, Corrina worked in the hospitality industry, covering many areas including customer service and event planning, and eventually moved into online sales. Her passion for helping others led her to Express where she finds fulfillment in getting great people the right jobs and works closely with clients to enhance employee satisfaction. For Corrina, reliability and wanting to make a difference in her community are strong motivators and key traits she looks for in applicants.

In her spare time, Corrina enjoys doing puzzles, knitting and going on walking adventures with her young child.

Brittany came to Express Kitchener in 2023, bringing her wealth of experience in recruiting, sales, and account management to her role as Employment Specialist. With a background in History and French, Brittany is fluently bilingual in French and English and is also trained in Office Administration. Her positive attitude and passion for helping others drives Brittany to exceed expectations and goals for both clients and associates alike.
