Daniel Aiston, Inside Sales Director

Daniel is the Inside Sales Director for Mattoon and Effingham. He does a little bit of everything including directing the inside sales team for both offices, employee development, training, recruiting, sales, placements, and anything else he can help out with. Daniel grew up in Dekalb, IL. He came to the area to attend school at Eastern Illinois University and pursue a career in education. His career path took a couple turns and he is now in a position where he can teach, train, and develop individuals.  Jason Glosser, Operations Manager

Jason is the Operations Manager for our Effingham and Mattoon offices. He takes care of many of our internal operations as well as working with clients and associates.

Dani Hill, Front Office Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist

Dani has been with Express since August of 2022. She started as a Recruiting Specialist and has now taken over the Front Office Coordinator position. Dani spends her days in the office at the front desk greeting applicants, answering the phone, interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews for applicants who apply on Indeed, on our website, etc. Dani has quite the green thumb as she has several of her own plants at home and enjoys bringing dying plants back to life for others. Makinzie Hensley, Recruiting Specialist 

Makinzie started as a Recruiting Specialist with Express in August of 2023. She interviews candidates as well as schedules interviews for candidates who apply with Express. 

 
 Kayla Carroll, Light Industrial Employment Specialist 

Kayla is the Light Industrial Employment Specialist for our office. Before becoming an Employment Specialist, Kayla started at Express as a Recruiting Specialist and became our Front Office Coordinator a few months later. As the Light Industrial Employment Specialist for Mattoon, Kayla works with local companies to provide them with qualified candidates and meet their hiring needs. She works with associates as well to help them find the best job that fits their needs and skills. Kayla is inspired by a quote from Zig Ziglar that says, "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want". Kayla was raised in Bethany, IL. She previously worked for another staffing company before starting at Express. Kayla also has experience in a factory setting. Kayla's best friend is her mom.
