Sean Rooney joined Express in 2007 and is our Operations Manager for both the Lombard and Naperville offices. Sean brings 19+ years of HR and management experience to the Express team. He has been certified through Express as a Professional Trainer, Business Management Professional, and for the Inside and Outside Marketing programs. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Sean is active in supporting Feed My Starving Children through Express' Brand It Blue Day efforts.  Sean's time outside of the office is dedicated to his two girls and his wife Kelly.

 

Naomi joined the Express team in 2015.  She has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Aurora University.   Naomi started her HR career in Express' Lombard office and was key to helping Express open and grow the Naperville office.  Her level headed even keeled approach to her job helps her stay very productive and keep a positive attitude in all situations.  In her spare time, Naomi likes going to the theater, spending time with her family including her pup Liam, and traveling with her husband.

 

Jill joined the Express team in 2017.  Her previous background was working in retail management where her love for recruiting and finding the right people to fill openings in her stores became her passion.  She turned this passion into a career and has been working in HR/recruiting ever since.  Jill is an avid music and sports fan and enjoys attending concerts and games throughout the year.  When not attending events, Jill spends time with her 2 dogs, Fred and Tracker.

 

Alex studied Psychology and Biology at Illinois State University and North Central College. Alex's first exposure to sales was inside sales. He found that he really enjoys helping people through consultative selling.  Later Alex jumped into Outside Sales for a home security company.  Alex found his home at Express Employment Professionals in 2018 as a Business Development Manager where he applies both aspects of his work history to help employers find the great employees!  He really enjoys meeting new people and assisting businesses with their workforce challenges.  In his free time Alex follows sports-notably the Chicago Bulls, Sox and Bears-and spends his time at the gym.

Michaella joined the Express team in October of 2018. She has an Associates of Arts that she earned at John A Logan College. Michaella worked in retail prior to moving into the administrative world. She really enjoys helping people and is a great asset to our team. For fun she enjoys cheering on the Buffalo Bills and fishing with her boyfriend.

Jesse joined our Express team in August of 2019 and has proven to be a great asset to the team. In her spare time she enjoys watching the cubs, reading and playing with her dog Rigby.
