    I have spent most of my life in sales and sales management positions from one degree to another! At the age of 14 I started working my first paper route and quickly learned that good business is all about taking care of the customer. A wet paper on a rainy morning fell miserably short of the expectation. I believe that in order to be successful nothing short of outstanding customer service will do! Listening is always my first priority! My goal is to meet head-on with the pains and challenges my clients experience each day. My attitude is like that of a doctor… I work, and have solutions to make their pain go away!

    Most managers of company’s today will agree that their #1 asset is people, but also their #1 drag on profitability! That’s where engagement comes into play!     Renee earned a degree in Finance and graduated from the University of Louisville in 1982! Like any good finance manager; she watches over the financial wellbeing of our company. Whether paying bills or administering internal or external payroll you can always count on a job done right! Her meticulous and methodical approach to her work means that our associates and employees are happy, because their paychecks are right! Known simply as Renee around the office, she is also known as Maui to her granddaughters Ava Grace, Ella Kate and Riley Jean (and another grandchild on the way). She enjoys her work here at Express, but her biggest thrill to experience in this career is to play such an integral part of helping so many people succeed in life - by helping them find employment.

    Cathy brings with her 25 years of Professional Staffing and Recruiting Experience. She has managed two National Staffing Branches in Louisville and Southern Indiana and Specializes in Human Resources, Accounting, Administrative and Office Professionals.  Cathy has been leading our Southern Indiana Branch since its’ opening in October 2012.

    Addison is the son of owners, Robert and Renee Price. He joined the Express Team as the Business Development Manager on October 1, 2013. On February 1, 2015, he moved to the role of Director of Marketing and Brand Management.

    He attended Murray State University and studied Marketing/Management.

    He is a member of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity and as an undergraduate, he held the positions of Special Events Coordinator and Director of Recruitment as well as serving on the Executive Council for one term. He now volunteers his time in educating undergraduate brothers at various local and national leadership and education events. In addition to Alpha Sigma Phi, Addison was a member of many organizations at Murray State including the Student Government, Campus Ambassadors, College of Business Ambassadors, Young Politicians and the Freshman Mentor Program. Every organization played a different role into helping him gain valuable experience in life and in business.

    He is the Founder of Emerging Leaders of Southern Indiana (ELSI), a networking group for young professionals. He currently serves on the Grand Council of the Northern Kentucky University chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi and is a volunteer assistant Cross Country/Track coach at Butler High School, his alma-mater.

    Caren is our Office Services Manager for our New Albany division. She served for 7 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Admin Clerk & Intel Analysis Specialist. She currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Petroleum Specialist. When Caren is not busy with phones and paperwork, she indulges in taking care of her two children, singing, musical theater, and obtaining her degree in Business Management.
