former owner of Urban Creamery, previously located on Central Avenue in downtown St.

In his previous role Craig demonstrated versatility by overseeing all aspects of business

operations, from finance and marketing to staffing and inventory management. His

Erica is a high-energy, positive spirit with a passion for being a helping hand in her community. Born and raised in Newark, Delaware for most of her life, her parents decided to move her and her siblings down to the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee where she spent several years. She took a leap of faith in 2020 and moved to Florida by herself and has been basking in the sunlight ever since.

 

When not immersed in work, Erica spends her free time at the beach with her toes in the sand, at a park painting, singing and songwriting at her home studio, or at a music festival supporting her many musician friends. She is an incredible artist who paints and draws intricate hyper-realistic portraits of mostly people and animals.  She is mostly self-taught aside from training her hand at face painting for two years at Walt Disney World, where she cherished making so many toddlers smile every day.

 

Aside from Disney, Erica bartended and served for eight years at multiple high-volume restaurants, from the sweet southern charm of Tennessee to the bustling high rises in Orlando, Florida. She is thrilled to be able to use her advanced multi-tasking and people skills to be a successful Employment Specialist at her first office position. She loves a challenging fast-paced environment that never gets boring and is excited to grow with the company and make it her long-term career.
