Gillogly joined Express Services in 1988 as a management consultant and later became executive vice president and chief operating officer. In 1995, he was named president of Express.
Gillogly's areas of expertise include workers' compensation, traditional temporary staffing and employment services; recruiting, screening, hiring, training and placement; flexible, temporary and strategic staffing; professional search; contract staffing; human resource consulting; outsourcing; maintaining a productive workforce and comprehensive co-employer programs.
Recognized by several professional, educational and leadership honorary societies and organizations, he is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, leadership honorary; Beta Gamma Sigma, business honorary; and Omicron Delta Epsilon, economics honorary. He has served as vice president of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds. He is listed in "Who's Who in the South and Southwest".
Before joining Express, he was president of LOFTIS, Inc. and chairman of the board of National Development Consultants. He also served as acquisitions vice president and general manager of the Silverridge Corporation and commissioner/chief executive officer of the Oklahoma State Insurance Fund.
Gillogly is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a MBA emphasizing marketing and a BA in economics. He previously served as a director on the boards of the Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma, the Baptist Laymen's Corporation and as Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma City Westside YMCA. Gillogoly is active in the Council Road Baptist Church as a trustee, deacon and Sunday school teacher, and serves on various church committees.
Since retiring from Express, Gillogly has pursued his passion for education and joy of teaching by serving as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Okla. His spare moments are spent reading and fly-fishing.
