Before joining Express Employment Professionals in 1986, Richards was a partner in the firm of Snipes and Ley, CPAs. He served as chief financial officer for First City Bank, N.A., Oklahoma City, and in other positions with City Bank. Richards began his accounting career as senior auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
