    Being an Express Associate is not a work assignment. However, it does mean you have created a relationship with Express, and we have found or are in the process of finding you a job. Express Associates may become eligible for medical insurance, vacation, and holiday pay, as well as other benefits that your Express representative can discuss in greater detail.

  • Evaluation Hire

    You accept a position for a pre-determined amount of time as a trial period for you and the employer to see if the position is right for you. This can often act as a bridge to full-time employment, but there is no obligation for you or the employer.
