IFA Hall of Fame: As the oldest and most prestigious award conferred by the International Franchise Association, the winner must be a franchisor or franchisee who has contributed significantly to the advancement of franchising and to the benefit of IFA and the franchising community. That contribution is made through successful franchising programs, innovative activities within franchising, and service to the association. Such individuals, if not already a legend in franchising, should be expected to become one. Representing the very best in franchising they should meet and exceed the criteria established for this award.
Entrepreneur Franchise 500: In 2020, Express was recognized as the number one staffing franchise on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500® list and is among the top 100 franchise systems. This is the ninth consecutive year the company has been awarded best in category.
ISO 9001 Certification: Express Employment Professionals’ ISO 9001:2015 registered employee selection process is behind our success in helping clients find the right person they need for their team. This certification is an international standard that sets benchmarks for an organization’s quality management system. This registration requires strict adherence to guidelines, including heavy concentration on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
World-Class Franchise: Express was recognized as a World-Class Franchisor by FranSurvey for the sixteenth consecutive year.
Best of Staffing: In 2021, Express received ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Client Award and Talent Diamond Award, a designation bestowed upon fewer than 2% of staffing firms in North America. On average, clients and job seekers of winning agencies are twice as more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided.
America’s Best Temp Staffing Firm: Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine America’s best temporary staffing firms. The list was compiled by surveying 26,000 recruiters and 5,400 job candidates and human resources managers who have worked with such firms. The 138 firms that received the most recommendations are ranked according to star ratings: five stars for the first half of awarded companies and four stars for the second half.
America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms: Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine which staffing firms companies can trust with the annual ranking of America’s best professional recruiting firms - the top 250 professional search firms focused on placing positions with salaries of less than $100,000.
