If there are not, your skills might be wasted, and you will probably end up with a dead-end job. On the other hand, if they do have long-term plans for growth within the company and offer career services , this could help advance your career and theirs.
Is this company committed to moving up within the industry over time, making sure that the job you take now will continue to grow as your career progresses?
If they are not, then this might be a dead-end job as well. On the other hand, if you do plan to advance within your career and the company does not have plans for moving up in their industry, it might mean that there will never be any other positions available for you either.
