Kristi Nixon opened the Cookeville Express Employment Professionals office in October of 2012. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University, she has her bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's in instructional leadership.

When presented with the opportunity to open an Express office, she jumped at the chance to pair good employees with local companies - she has dubbed herself a "matchmaker." Her passion is to help people find jobs because it gives them hope and strengthens the community as a whole.

Our mission is to help good companies in Putnam, Overton, Clay, Pickett, Jackson, Macon, Trousdale, Smith, and Fentress Counties find great employees.

We are convinced that the economic engine of our country is small business, and we are committed to helping small and mid-size businesses succeed through our professional services and referrals.
