For over 9 years Aaron has been a leader in the talent acquisition and human resources space. Joining Express Employment Professionals in 2017, Aaron currently serves as the Managing Director, Talent Acquisition for Specialized Recruiting Group, an Express Employment Professionals Company. Aaron is extremely committed to ensuring companies are matched with the top talent needed to succeed.

In addition to his professional work experience, Aaron serves as a board member for several local non-profit organizations.  These local organizations work to connect, support, and provide safe spaces and resources to underserved individuals in the local community.

Katie joined the Express team in 2019 as the Administrative Recruiter and now serves as the Professional Recruiter for Specialized Recruiting Group, an Express Employment Professionals Company. Katie brings over 10 years of combined experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Operations. Franchise owner, Jerry Hickey refers to Katie as a "match-maker" when it comes to pairing clients and talent.

Katie started her career in the hospitality industry, giving her the ability to interact and build relationships across diverse groups of individuals. Her passions include traveling, grilling, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Hoss & Kramer.

Lori joined the Express team in 2020 and serves as Research Coordinator and Front Office Coordinator. Lori has a strong professional background in customer service, banking, and sales. Her passions outside of work include reading, walking in the park, history, and traveling, highlighting Hawaii as one of her all-time favorite destinations to visit.  

Lori lives by and displays a "people should always come first attitude" and we are happy to have her a part of our team.
