    Rental Coordinator

    $50k-$60k + incentives

    Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare quotes for service & rental equipment for outside sales team
    • Rental equipment scheduling and billing
    • Enter and schedule rental equipment service needs
    • Answers phone calls and respond to emails on a daily basis
    • Data entry of service orders, purchase orders & inventory transactions
    • On the job training for the products that we sell will be provided
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements :

    • Previous experience as a Rental/Service Coordinator
    • Engineering and/or manufacturing experience a plus
    • MS Office Suite proficiency required
    • Functional understanding of pneumatics, electricity and compressed air
