Beth joined the Express Family as an Employment Specialist - recruiting for full and part time positions, interviewing, and following up with associates and clients, and helping people better their lives.

Originally from Sheldon, IL, Beth was the perfect fit to head up the recruiting effort in our Watseka office. Her local background helps her stay in tune to the heartbeat of the community and genuinely help clients and associates meet their needs.

You meet Beth and you feel like you've known her your whole life. Better still, she treats you this way. Her favorite part about working at Express is being able to work for dedicated owners, leading a dedicated team to help her community find work in a constantly changing economy. 

Danielle joined the Express team as a Recruiting Specialist, identifying qualified candidates and placing them in jobs that best fit their skills.

Originally from Iroquois, IL, Danielle attended Eastern Illinois University to pursue a degree in psychology. In her spare time, when she's not working her other job as a Mom, she enjoys crafting and online shopping. 

Without a doubt Danielle's favorite part about working at Express is the uplifting environment. She enjoys working for a company that genuinely cares about their employees and clients and gives employees constant opportunity to learn and grow. 

 

Kristan started at Express as a Front Office Coordinator, making the first contact with our guests, helping guide the flow of daily operations, and making sure every question that comes our way is answered quickly and accurately.

Originally from South Carolina, Kristan is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family of 4, obsess over Harry Potter, and hangout with her pet: a bearded dragon named Falkor.

Kristan is sweet and soft-spoken but has a passion and ethic that is unmatched when it comes time to work. Her favorite part about working at Express is being able to work with a positive team to provide excellent service and quality to associates and clients alike. 

Kylee joined the Express family as an Employment Specialist, recruiting for full and part time positions, interviewing, and following up with associates and clients, and helping people better their lives.

Originally from Danville, IL, Kylee attended Danville Area Community College where she played both Softball and Golf. In her spare time, when not working her other full-time job as a Mom, she still enjoys golfing, bowling, and playing slow pitch softball.

Kylee is always looking to learn more and take on the next challenge. Her favorite part about working at Express is being able to positively impact the lives of her associates and clients on a daily basis, as well as grow as a person. 

Andy Van Hyfte, an energetic and outgoing individual, serves as the Office Services Recruiter with a passion for connecting people and making a positive impact in their lives. With a diverse background spanning 15 years in the banking industry as a branch manager and consumer lender, coupled with experience in sports broadcasting for a local radio station, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine desire to help others.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Andy dedicates his time to his community both personally and professionally. He is deeply invested in contributing to the betterment of local businesses and the community at large, recognizing the value of collaborative efforts in fostering growth and prosperity.

Originally hailing from Danville, Andy spent his childhood in rural Indiana before returning to the area eight years ago, where he now resides in Hoopeston, IL with his loving wife and four beautiful daughters. Together, they enjoy spending quality time outdoors and producing a podcast that focuses on highlighting the stories and events within their community.

Andy's vibrant personality and genuine care for others extend beyond his professional life. He is a collector at heart, with interests ranging from sports memorabilia to coins and Zippo lighters. Amidst the joyful chaos of raising four daughters and four cats who rule the household, Andy and his wife recently welcomed an 8-month-old German Shepherd puppy into their bustling home.

Known among his friends as a trustworthy and fun-loving individual, Andy is always willing to lend an ear and offer honest advice. He believes strongly in the power of connection and strives to bring people together, recognizing that in connecting people, he's helping to create stronger, more vibrant communities.
