    As a top-notch business development specialist, Keith Jobes enjoys being out in the community daily and meeting with potential and existing clientele.  Keith epitomizes what an Express Employment Professional should be – he is hard working, professional, and intelligent in his business dealings.  Keith is out knocking on business doors every day looking for solid opportunities for our terrific Associates.  Keith has become accustomed to the Express ways and understands that our services are needed throughout the Delmarva area.  He has touched almost every business on the Shore and truly enjoys getting to know each and every one of our clients and prospective clients.  Keith very quickly earned the distinguished Express University certification in the sales area, and we are pleased that he is a part of our growing team.

    Donna Richardson joined our team in 2013 and manages the Salisbury office of Express.  She is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations for the entire lower shore and has a tremendous amount of staffing experience that has been helpful to our internal staff, our clients and our associates.  Donna’s calm and pleasant demeanor adds to her extraordinary ability to making the most ideal and effective placements for our clients.  She is quick to enact change when needed and is flexible and friendly in her approach with everyone.  Donna has deepened her roots in the community and serves on several Boards that focus on local area employment needs.  Donna has become a cheerleader for the Express culture and manages the team to create the highest levels of productivity and cohesiveness.  She can be counted on to always have your best interest at heart and do what is right for both clients and associates.

    At the heart of our business are our Staffing Consultants: Joellyn Scott, Michele Waters and Danielle Rogers.

    Joellyn joined the Express team as we were opening the Eastern Shore offices in 2007 and quickly and effectively helped us grow our business by staffing hundreds of jobs in an effective and efficient manner.  Joellyn's outstanding people skills give her the ability to connect with our clients and associates on a daily basis and make the appropriate matching of employees to the skills needed by our clients.  Joellyn is friendly, bright, and is as loyal as they come to Express, our clients and our associates.  She is tasked with not only the normal staffing consultant duties, but also administrative responsibilities within the office.  Joellyn holds the notable Express University certification in both the Front Office program and also the Inside Sales certification.  “Jo” is a delightful individual who adds great value to our organization and always has the best interest of our clients in mind when staffing positions and professionally recruiting.

    Michele is another employee of ours that carries a great deal of responsibility.  Having worked with hundreds of clients, Michele is often complimented on her ability to multi-task and get the job done.  She refuses to disappoint our clients and truly enjoys helping our associates find the right opportunity that fits well with their skill set.  Having a tremendous sense of commitment and teamwork, Michele is appreciated at the client and associate levels for recruiting/filling job orders and processing payroll.  Michele continues to thrive in our business and will do anything possible to help our clients find good employees.  Michele is known in our office for her incredibly productive nature, along with her friendly and kind demeanor.  Michele is a devoted and dedicated Express Staffing Consultant who enjoys helping people.

    Danielle Rogers is our on-site Staffing Consultant who services one of our largest clients in the region.  Danielle is a “get it done” employee who is incredibly productive and efficient and can find associates for just about every position possible.  We are pleased to have someone who can work in a highly productive environment while handling multiple competing interests with an intelligent and friendly approach.  Danielle puts her heart and soul into her position as Staffing Consultant and prides herself on being able to offer large numbers of people solid employment opportunities.

    Serving in our Front Office Coordinator role is Ana McCrea.  Ana’s skills help the office run efficiently and competently.  Ana is constantly engaging in new activities that bring new and better ideas in a job that requires a tremendous amount of multi-tasking skills.  Not only does Ana answer multi-line phones all day, she provides top notch customer service to everyone who walks through the door.  She always makes our clients and associates feel welcome and provides a sense of calmness to everyone with whom she interacts.  Ana is bi-lingual and helpful to all associates and is incredibly resourceful in her position as Front Office Coordinator.  She helps with every aspect of staffing and is greatly appreciated by all.
