Meet the Owners

Norm Doty

Norm Doty has over 14 years of experience in the industry and is currently co-owner of the Rochester, Minnesota, Eau Claire and Menomonie, Tomah Wisconsin offices.
 
Doty joined Express in 1996 as General Manager of the Rochester office. He is a past President and board member of Childcare Resource & Referral and the Diversity Council, past board member of Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, RAF's First Steps and Olmsted Medical's Board of Trustees. 
 
Doty graduated from University of MN Mankato with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He earned his Master of Arts in Business from St. Mary's University in Winona. Norm, his wife, and three girls have made the Rochester area their home. Norm and his family spend their free time on Lake Pepin.

Mike Kreiling 

Mike has been an Owner of Express Employment Professionals since 2000. His ownership oversees Winona, Eau Claire, Rice Lake and Menomonie office locations.
