Stephanie Turton has a big, bubbly personality and comes from the service industry where she excelled in her field, providing top notch customer service to all she encountered. Her positive energy is contagious and she works a blended desk, assisting with all positions with a focus on skilled trades.

Fern Bautista joined the Express family as an impressive young professional with experience working in customer service and management roles. Fern's introduction to the team was by working on assignment where she did a fantastic job at a client before being recruited directly by the owner of Express. Fern brings a high level of professionalism with a focus on office service and professional placements.

Sharon Shen is a SHRM-certified professional who brings more than a decade of experience working as a human resource consultant at a company where she led an HR and recruiting team. Sharon is bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin, and currently focuses on light industrial staffing. Sharon also has a valuable background in technical recruiting and has placed software engineers and along with many other professional positions.

Nadalee Fleury recently joined the Express team and specializes in providing the best possible experience to our valued clients and associates. Nadalee began her career in customer service and personal banking before transitioning into the world of staffing and HR. She is a rock star when it comes to keeping our office running smoothly and in compliance. Nadalee takes excellent care of our internal staff as well as our external employees and does so with the highest level of integrity.

Levi Shade joined our team in April 2023. He comes from a background of sales and marketing as well as management. Levi, once a small business owner, is quick to laugh and always interested in learning how Express can partner with and support other local businesses. Levi is helping to spread the word about what we do and why we love to do it.

Theresa is a highly skilled office professional who has been assisting our office on special projects since 2022. In 2023 Theresa joined the team on a part-time basis to take on our payroll and related duties. Theresa is a joy to be around, is dedicated to accuracy and is calm and collected no matter the circumstances. She also happens to be a best-selling author of a YA fantasy series on Amazon.

Carrie Manner co-owns Express with her husband, Gary Manner. Carrie began her career in 2007 temping at the front desk of an independently owned staffing company in her hometown in Northern Minnesota. She was then trained as a medical staffer and payroll specialist before being promoted to manager over several branch locations. She was recruited into the Express family in 2011 where she continued to cut her teeth in management and staffing in a award-winning downtown office that specialized in call center, manufacturing, accounting, and clerical staffing. After taking a hiatus to focus on writing, Carrie returned to Express and relocated to Washington State in 2021. She and Gary purchased the Everett Express office in May 2022, and both look forward to building on the success established by their predecessors.

Gary Manner co-owns Express with his wife, Carrie Manner, and specializes in Management and Sales. Gary comes from a background working as a union Power Limited Technician in Northern Minnesota. He has an FCC license, a Power Limited Technician License, and a CDL B. He joined the Express family in May 2022 after relocating to the West Coast and purchasing the Everett office with Carrie. Gary helps lead the team, adding a vast array of knowledge in several industries, including construction, railroad, and landscaping. His hobbies include fishing, road-tripping, and spending time in the great outdoors.
