• Meet the Owners:

    Jon and Becky

    Jon and Becky Rolen are the owners of the Murfreesboro Express office that was established in March 2006.  Their fervent passion of helping others achieve career goals and stability is what fuels the business. Jon is a Louisiana native but has been a resident of Murfreesboro since 1965, while Becky was born and raised in middle Tennessee. The pair met in high school and married in 1980. Jon attended both Middle Tennessee State University and University of Tennessee, obtaining a Bachelors of Business Administration in 1979. That same year, Becky received a Bachelors and Masters equivalency in speech pathology, where she would work with Murfreesboro city schools as a teacher until her retirement in 2013.  After his graduation, Jon would further his career as owner / operator at both Sonic Drive-Ins and Snap-On Tools. He has been a member of the Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.

    The couple celebrates their business for its success and impact in the community. The Murfreesboro office has been honored as a Circle of Excellence office for the last 5 years and was praised with the Neighborhood Marketing Award. Jon and Becky sought to establish a premier staffing service where people could be treated equally and fairly; they are pleased to say that goal has been met. Express Employment of Murfreesboro prides itself on their quality associates, excellent clientele, and dedicated internal team. 


     

    Matthew J. Couture

    Matt is from Manhattan, NY. Once Director of Operations and working from our Murfreesboro location, he has now transitioned into Franchise Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Franklin. His hobbies include technology, paranormal investigations and personal growth.
