Worth, we place workers in forklift jobs in a warehouse setting where they work collaboratively with the warehouse departments and staff to ensure deliveries, packages, and other large loads are handled quickly, effectively, and with utmost safety. Forklift operators will typically work in deliveries, but may also assist with other teams as needed.

    Ideal Candidate for Forklift Jobs                            

    Express Ft. Worth is specifically looking for forklift job applicants with two years of background operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. A strong candidate has effectively executed safety protocols and understands protocols for shipping/loading.

    Additional qualifications include:

    • Proven track record working with a team
    • Reading/math comprehension
    • Experience in a warehouse setting for a year or more
    • Excellent hand-eye coordination
