Meet the Owner

Tim Hranka is an Ontario multiple Franchisee for Express Employment Professionals (headquartered in Oklahoma City). Tim also worked as a Developer Rep and a Franchise Developer during his 20+ year career with Express. As a Franchisee, Tim is the President and CEO for a group of 6 Express Offices, each engaged in providing a range of Staffing and Human Resources services

Tim began his career with Express by opening the Guelph office in 1997. With his partner and spouse Teri, they added 3 more offices over the next 5 years, and have since partnered with employees to grow to 7 business units. During his career with Express, Tim has earned a variety of awards and recognition, including “Franchisee of the Year” and a “Director’s Award” for contributions to Express, its franchisees and clients! 

Prior to 1997, Tim spent 6 years working at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. From 1983 to 1990, Tim was a Regional Vice President with an international consulting firm – Integrated Control Systems (Productivity Specialist), helping a wide range of North American companies improve both their productivity and bottom lines! 

Tim and Teri Hranka are entering their 40^th year of marriage, reside in Elora Ontario, and have two adult children and two grandchildren.
