Darin & Alyssa Kaste - Owners

Express Employment Professionals of Grand Forks is a locally-owned staffing agency that provides top-quality staffing solutions to businesses in the Grand Forks area. Our team is led by Darin and Alyssa Kaste, who took over the Grand Forks office in January 2023. 

Alyssa has been with the Grand Forks office since 2013 and served as General Manager before taking over as owner. She has a deep understanding of the local job market and is committed to helping businesses and job seekers achieve their goals.

Darin joined the Express team in 2022, bringing with him nine years of experience as a Senior Sales Specialist at Acme Tools and a background in public service as he was serving as a Firefighter for the Grand Forks Fire Department. He is dedicated to building relationships with clients and providing personalized service to meet their needs.

As North Dakota natives, Alyssa and Darin are deeply committed to their community and making Grand Forks a better place to live and work. They have two young children and are passionate about providing opportunities for local job seekers to find meaningful employment and for businesses to find reliable, talented workers.
