    Yvette Salvatico

    Principal and Managing Director – Kedge | Founder and Lead Instructor – The Futures School

    Yvette is a published author and experienced speaker, unique in her ability to transport audiences into the future. With a bachelor's in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida, Yvette has over 15 years of corporate experience with large, multi-national firms like Kimberly- Clark and The Walt Disney Company. At Disney, Yvette led the effort to establish Future Workforce Insights, which leveraged foresight techniques to identify future workforce trends and assess potential threats, impacts, emerging ideas and opportunities.


    As co-founder of The Futures School, a global foresight development platform, Yvette has trained leaders across five continents. More than 500 global citizens have joined The Futures School movement to embody a futures-thinking mindset. Yvette is also a partner at Kedge - a strategic design, foresight and innovation firm - where she utilizes extensive research and customized toolkits to service a diverse global client base.

    Cheryl Moreno

    Senior Director of Express University - Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters

    As the Senior Director of Express University at Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters, Cheryl Moreno's mission is to inspire her audience through her knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to help them accomplish their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining Express, Moreno used her bachelor's degree in education from West Virginia University to teach students for five years, worked as a regional manager in the weight loss industry, and was a corporate trainer at a financial institution. She began her role at Express in 1999 as an onsite trainer helping new clients develop and deliver training on their processes and procedures. Moreno then served as a regional manager of five staffing offices before eventually becoming a training director.


    She is a member of the Association for Talent Development, the Women's Executive Board of Oklahoma, and the YWCA financial committee. Moreno holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation and is a certified instructor through Ken Blanchard Companies. Her speaking engagements include presentations and seminars to Human Resources Professionals in Oklahoma, Association for Talent Development, Franchised and Small Business Owners, and other professional organizations.

    Danielle Hoeltzel

    Director of Organizational Development - Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters

    Danielle Hoeltzel has been in the organizational development field for 15 years, with a special focus on leadership development, internal communications, and change management. Prior to joining Express Employment Professionals, she worked at Chesapeake Energy and served as a human resources analyst. Danielle holds her Master's in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).


    An active member of her community, Hoeltzel serves as a Trustee for the Oklahoma City Community College Foundation, has served on the board for the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits, and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City. Danielle's speaking engagements include Boeing, the International Franchising Association, University of Central Oklahoma, DisruptHR, and other various companies and associations.

    Phil Reynolds is the founder of Reynolds Consulting. Phil has done extensive work with leaders and executive teams to increase communication, collaboration, and partnership. He offers expertise in the areas of personal leadership, teamwork, and executive development and excels at helping senior leaders and teams work together more effectively to achieve strategic goals. Phil has worked closely with many Fortune 500 companies and has a unique talent for implementing concepts and ideas into practical workplace solutions. Phil started Reynolds Consulting in 1996, and in 1997 became a Senior Consulting Partner for The Ken Blanchard Companies®. Prior to joining Blanchard ® as a Senior Consulting Partner, Phil's professional experience encompasses more than 25 years as a business developer, sales manager, trainer, and speaker in both profit and nonprofit organizations.

    In 2009, Phil coauthored the 21-Day Situational Self Leadership Action Plan, a sustainability product for The Ken Blanchard Companies' Situational Self Leadership program. He is certified to administer and interpret various tools and resources that support executive development, including DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict, Emotional Intelligence, and the Booth 360 leadership assessments. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Coach with Coaches Training Institute. His international experience includes England, Dubai, China, Philippines, India, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Argentina.

    Dr. Tim Elmore not only leads Tim Elmore, Inc. as he speaks to businesses and non-profit organizations, but he is the Founder and CEO of Growing Leaders, a non-profit team created to develop emerging leaders. He and his team equip leaders to connect with students and young professionals across the world and equip them to become life-giving leaders. His passion for leader development in the emerging generation grew out of his experience working alongside and being mentored by best-selling author Dr. John C. Maxwell since 1983. 


    Since founding Growing Leaders in 2003, Tim has spoken to more than 500,000 leaders in hundreds of corporations and universities nationwide.     Marketing Manager

    Nic Dampier joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2020 as the Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, Nic oversees and manages the Express brand for our local recruiting divisions, local training/consulting division, and online training presence. He is also responsible for the strategic direction as well as the development and implementation of marketing components and is responsible for the research and implementation of new marketing tools, resources, and platforms. In 2020 he moved his family back to Grand Rapids from Charlottesville, Virginia where he was employed as a Creative Arts Pastor for a large multi-site church. Nic also has a decade of experience free-lancing as a brand manager/content creator for several local and national clients.

    Nic is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Degree in Communication Management and is also a veteran of the United States Navy where he served as a Religious Program Specialist Petty Officer Second Class. His passions include his family, creative southern cooking, song-writing, deep belly laughs with friends, and developing/connecting people to their purpose in life.

    Lorraine Medici joined Express Employment Professionals in 2014 as the Director of Training and Development  Lorraine has extensive experience as a coach and workshop facilitator in the areas of leadership and team building, working closely with companies to strategize solutions that will impact long-term results in engagement and retention. She has successfully launched   Purpose-Driven Leadership Training  , a series targeted at helping develop managers and leaders at all levels in manufacturing and other industries. Additionally, she facilitates the on-going training series,   Breakfast with Purpose,  to bring current and relevant education to organizations. As a professional development coach, Lorraine also works alongside leaders and teams to overcome interpersonal or performance challenges. She is certified to train DISC, Situational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0), and an Associate Certified Coach and Master Practitioner for the ELI Assessment.

    Director of Manufacturing Training

    As Director of Manufacturing Training, John Keuning has a passion to put his 30 years of manufacturing and leadership experience to work for companies by providing both classroom training, virtual training, and on-site consulting. His goal is to help develop better leaders, engage workers, lower cost of goods, and increase profits for companies by arming teams with the tools necessary to be great agents of change. John's favorite place to be is on the plant floor working side-by-side with teams and leaders to find solutions to manufacturing questions.

    He has extensive experience in Lean manufacturing theory and implementation as well as helping new and advancing leaders understand the day-to-day work of being a leader. John has served multiple industries as a supervisor, Lean leader, product launch leader, production manager, plant manager, and director of manufacturing.

    Training Specialist

    Ryan Williams serves as a Training Specialist at Express Employment Professionals of Grand Rapids. He is a certified Everything DiSC facilitator and has his master's in organizational leadership from Cornerstone University. Ryan brings a wide variety of cross cultural leadership experience, having worked previously in Hong Kong and with Native American populations in Alaska. Most recently, Ryan has worked in higher education, developing and implementing training curriculum and programs across the organization.

    Ryan's passion and focus is for everyone to love the place they work. People who love their workplace, work harder and perform better. He brings a unique perspective in helping organizations evaluate their organizational culture, understand cross cultural dynamics, and implement strategies to create better leaders.
