A3 Problem Solving is a continuous improvement approach, first employed at Toyota and typically used by companies following lean manufacturing principles. It provides a simple and systematic approach to understanding a problem, identifying its cause, and creating a solution.
This 8 hour A3 Problem Solving course is an activity based, pencil and paper tool designed to solve specific problems. A3 defines the current condition and looks at the root cause of the issue. The A3 method also guides the user to define clear steps to implement changes and build accountability. Participants will experience a simple and effective way to truly understand the way work happens now and how it can be redesigned effectively.
