Accountability and Feedback is a six-hour training that uses “The Oz Principle” as the model to teach participants four steps to individual and joint accountability. This training is for any leader who wants to improve their communication skills. Training involves discussion around critical areas that promote accountability including: giving and receiving feedback, how to have respectful conflict, and empowering employees to problem-solve. Participants will practice using open-ended questions as well as giving feedback to support accountability.
