Cascading Goals and Actions is a half-day class designed to give leaders at all levels of the organization the ability to establish goals that support the highest level company goals and communicate them effectively throughout the organization. Equally important is the ability to design and execute action items that make sense at each organizational level.
This training will connect those two elements together in a way that allows everyone in your company to be working toward the same goals and objectives while giving visibility to the successes and opportunities at each level. This is a tool that fosters employee engagement and provides leaders with a method to talk about goal reaching and behaviors needed to accomplish the desired results.
