  •  THE WORK OF LEADERS: VISION, ALIGNMENT, AND EXECUTION.

Each individual has strengths and weaknesses in leadership. Some are great visionaries but struggle with clarity and details, others bring great clarity but get stuck in the details and miss the big picture. Some leaders take great risks and drive for results but at times leave others behind, while others are highly inclusive and give great feedback but at times avoid risk at all costs. Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is classroom or virtual training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Based on best practices, Work of Leaders connects unique leadership styles to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.

Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership styles and how they impact their effectiveness. Rich, compelling narrative adds depth to the data and strong visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages. This assessment and experience are research-based analyzing and distilling down the work of leaders through the input from more than 300 subject-matter experts at over 150 organizations.
