    This training is designed to help you engage the 21st century workforce by increasing employee awareness, building teamwork, and minimizing internal conflict to create healthier and better performing teams. Employees of all types will benefit from this training; however, some content will be specifically geared towards management and Human Resource team members. Additionally, there will be a focus around the legal implications of harassment and protecting your company from a Human Resource perspective.

    Participants will leave this training with an understanding of diversity and inclusion and their importance in creating this culture for your business. Participants will also be prepared to prevent harassment and set-in place best practices to reduce the chance of litigation from potential harassment issues, and learn to be sensitive ensuring that everyone in the workplace is respected and treated appropriately, regardless of who they are or their personality.
