  • Lean Manufacturing Simulation - Full-Day Workshop

    This Lean Manufacturing Simulation is an 8 hour activity based workshop which teaches participants Lean principles, practices, and techniques. Lean is a systematic method for eliminating waste, reducing variation, and adding value to processes in order to continually improve customer satisfaction. Participants can expect to be fully engaged while they experience the power and value of Lean through group activities, case studies, and simulations.

    Lean is a systematic approach that takes the entire team’s commitment. This simulation training can be hosted at the Express Training Center exclusively for your company or you can bring this simulation to your facility and integrate your real world conditions into the simulation. We recommend groups of 8-12 people for each training workshop. The full simulation takes approximately 8 hours. Pricing depends on the number of participants, location, and any training customization requests.
