Monday Morning Leadership is comprised of four 2.5 hour-sessions designed to infuse practical leadership skills into every day.
Managers in organizations regularly report they are overwhelmed and
underprepared for their leadership role. This leadership development program is
focused on the “how to’s” of leadership. Participants will learn how to make
the transition from shifting blame, to taking responsibility; bringing
clarity and direction; setting the standard and holding others
accountable; leading with integrity; hiring the right people;
motivating their people; and managing their time. Every session
ends with a commitment from each participant to start one new behavior and stop
one behavior which is not effective. Each participant will have an accountability
partner to review homework and discussions. Participants will walk away with a
tailored development plan to continue their leadership journey choosing two key
leadership behaviors which make the greatest impact now.
Session Breakdown:
SESSION 1:
Drivers and Passengers
Participants will walk away with concrete steps to lead
themselves and others by taking responsibility, stopping non-leadership
behaviors and making transition from passive passenger to a driving leader.
Keeping the Main Thing the Main Thing

focus to their teams and organizations. This session will help participants
know how to clarify what the “main thing” is and bring focus to their team’s
daily activities, getting everyone moving in the same direction.
SESSION 2:
