Talent and Career Mapping is a half-day class designed to give leaders the ability to see how they can best position their teams for success by analyzing the potential and performance of each team member. This session is for any leader managing a team of employees, or human resources professional. You will gain a framework for having candid and robust conversations with your employees and setting expectations for their career development.
This training will introduce a practical 9-box grid showing each team member’s ability to perform and their potential to grow as employees. Taking a honest look at where each team member is on this scale is invaluable in shifting the team’s performance to a higher level as well as providing a tool to help ensure retention by getting people into the right “seat on the bus”. Once the team’s make-up is known, the information can be used to coach, fill in gaps, and career plan with the team.
