    The courses offered in the Strategic HR Leadership training program are for those HR Professionals in a Senior HR Generalist role or HR Leadership (management) role who are experienced or new to HR business planning to support a company’s strategic goals. This training program will be delivered virtually in 3-hour courses over 5 weeks. All training is delivered live and includes participant engagement and activities. 

    Course 1: CULTURE & VALUES

    April 26 | Monday | 1:00pm - 4:00pm (EST)

    Goals of this training is to establish knowledge and skills in creating a company culture and values program that will support the company in reaching strategic goals.

    • How to identify current state vs future expected company Culture & Values
    • Creating a proposal for Change Management with alignment to strategic goals
    • How to introduce a proposed Culture & Value program to get leadership alignment
    • Ability to create procedures to align management and create the company values
    • How to create a beneficial “marketing” program for “go live” of company Culture & Values
    • Create a timeline to launch, implement, and train on Culture & Values throughout the organization
    • How to successfully sustain a positive Culture & Values program

    Course 2: KPI/METRICS

    May 3 | Monday | 1:00pm - 4:00pm (EST) 

    Goals of this training is to establish knowledge and skills in creating HR KPI/Metrics that support the strategic goals of the company.

    • Ability to cross reference company strategic goals with HR department priorities
    • Identify critical measurables for HR
    • Creating a “SMART” SWOT analysis for HR
    • Establish SMART GOALS with action plans
    • Creating templates or procedures for easy management of KPI/Metrics
    • Aligning the HR department priorities to the established KPI/Metrics
    • Ability to create an HR Strategic business plan annually

    Course 3: SUCCESSION PLANNING

    May 10 | Monday | 1:00pm - 4:00pm (EST)

    Goals of this training are to have the skills and abilities to establish a successful succession plan for all positions within a company.

    • Understanding of what a succession plan and what its purpose is
    • Identification of three categories of succession planning: Key Employees, Critical Employees, All employees
    • Ability to create career pathing, job shadowing, and mentorship programs to support succession planning
    • How to effectively work with management to establish sustainable development programs for each position
    • Initiating cross functional training to support succession planning

    Course 4: ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN

    May 17 | Monday | 1:00pm - 4:00pm (EST)

    *Must have attended course 2 to attend this course selection

    Goals of this training are designed to provide the skills necessary for established HR Leaders to focus on processes, people, leadership development, and resources needed to achieve specific goals and missions for the company success.

    • Identifying strategic goals
    • How to design organizational strategy (HR)
    • Determine structure and resources needed to implement strategy
    • How to evaluate HR area of focus to establish departmental priorities
    • Ability to Identify opportunities for improvements such as processes & procedures
    • Evaluating talent to ensure right person in the right positions
    • Manage performance: Pay Market, individual contributor performance management, Leadership performance
    • Creating Leadership Development programs that are sustainable and meet company culture & values programs
    • How to successfully contribute to or facilitate Company Organizational Design

    Course 5: EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS

    May 24 | Monday | 1:00pm - 4:00pm (EST)

    Goals of this training are designed to provide knowledge and skills for established HR Leaders to create employee programs that are sustainable, create positive employee engagement, and support strategic goals of the company

    • How to create employee programs based on strategic goals
    • Ability to identify the expected outcome of the employee program
    • Design of programs that engages employees
    • Creating effective and sustainable employee committees
    • How to use learning management and external training as an employee engagement program
    • Consistency in employee events that include community outreach
    • How to create an employee anniversary program that creates retention
    • Capturing the data to ensure the programs are benefiting the employees and the company

    Cost: $750 per person - Includes live virtual training, digital training manual, and additional resources. These will be sent via email before the first session.
