You will review the four elements of bringing a sense of value to your employees and, by valuing them differently, setting yourself up to engage them in ideas, strategies, projects, action items, and improved productivity.

    Generations in the Workplace is a four-hour training designed to help you understand the cultural, social, economic, and political influences that have shaped each generation and how it impacts the workplace.     Five Dysfunctions of a Team is a six-hour, hands-on training that outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work, and the keys to overcoming them. Based on well-known author and business consultant Patrick Lencioni’s book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, this training is ideal for teams or team leaders who want to bring their team to the next level. Participants will leave with the skills necessary to identify and overcome the five dysfunctions: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance off accountability, and inattention to results.

    StrengthsFinder is a four-hour training that goes beyond the strengths of the individual. It explores how to engage with others on your team who have different strengths and how to leverage those differences to benefit the team. This training is for any employee interested in maximizing their strengths in their job and life. Participants will take the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and learn their top five strengths, how strengths show up in their job role, and how to create strategies to maximize these strengths.
