Participants will learn the importance of how “team think” can make or break a team.
Participants will engage in activities that test how their mindset influences the entire team both negatively and positively. This workshop is ideal for teams or team leaders who want to bring their team to the next level.
All participants will receive a copy of Patrick Lencioni's best selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team as a takeaway for additional learning.
