Eric joined Express as a Professional Recruiter in November 2021 and was quickly promoted to Managing Director - SRG. He comes from a background in Sales and Operations Management. One of the many things he finds enjoyable about recruiting is that he gets to learn how different businesses function and provide insight to them on hiring best practices. Eric is passionate about spending time with friends and family and enjoys basketball and football games. He resides in Green Bay with his fiancé Sheena, son Maverick and dog Lucy.

John started with Express in October 2020 as a Professional Recruiter. He has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition in Engineering, Information Technology, Contract Staffing and Professional Search. He enjoys working with companies who are committed to their workforce and developing recruiting strategies to meet their hiring goals. In his free time, you might find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife, Donna, and dog, Inky.

Scott has joined the Express Employment team as a Professional Recruiter after a 30-year career as a Health Care Executive serving in the Senior Housing and Services profession. Scott's extensive business success has resulted from effectively matching talent with organizational needs at all levels. Scott has experienced firsthand the growing labor challenges in the market and is passionate about providing solutions to both organizations and candidates to ensure their success and job satisfaction. Scott resides in Appleton with his wife Tammy, son Zachary and Winnie, the family dog.  Scott enjoys golf, hunting and boating in his free time.

Rachel joined Express Employment Professionals of Green Bay as a Professional Recruiter in August 2022. Previously a teacher, she is passionate about helping others and learning why things work the way they do. Simplifying the process is at the forefront of her work. Her favorite aspect of recruiting is matching candidates and companies with their next opportunity. She is from the Pacific Northwest and in her free time you might find her at a brewery playing a board game and enjoying a seasonal beverage with her husband or on a walk with her two dogs, Jax and Koda.

 

Barb started her journey in the staffing industry in April 2007 and became a member of the Express Employment Professionals team in April 2018 as one of their Employment Specialists. She is passionate about building relationships with both talented candidates and great companies by helping them find their perfect match. Barb is dedicated to help everyone "WIN." She spends her free time with her husband and their three amazing daughters. Barb is obsessed with cooking, baking and taking her car through the car wash…almost daily. 

Sean joined the team at Express Employment Professionals in March 2023 as an Administrative Employment Specialist.  Before joining Express, he spent the last seven years in the hospitality industry doing a variety of jobs from cooking to management. Sean is excited to help others achieve their career dreams and goals. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball with his friends and watching the Milwaukee Brewers.

 

Kali started with Express Employment Professionals as an Administrative Recruiting Specialist in April of 2022. Prior to this, she graduated with an associate degree in Human Resources from NWTC. Her position includes screening candidates, scheduling interviews and assisting in the onboarding process. She takes pride in building relationships with people and creating an understanding atmosphere. In her free time, Kali enjoys spending time with her dog, Rummy, playing video games and board games and spending time with her friends.

Michelle joined the team at Express Employment Professionals in April 2022 as an Industrial Recruiting Specialist. She comes to Express with almost 20 years in the staffing industry and great customer service skills. Her eagerness to be the first point of contact and discuss what our applicants are looking for, comes easy to her. She takes pride in communicating with our applicants to see if we can help them find their next career path. When Michelle isn't searching for applicants, you can find her relaxing around a campfire at her cabin or out listening to one of the local bands with family and friends.
