The Members of an Express Team
From matching job seekers to the right jobs to ensuring the needs of our clients are met, every member of our Express team is committed to helping people find great jobs and helping clients find great people. Here are descriptions of key positions within our office that fulfill the needs of job seekers, associates, clients, and employers on a daily basis.
Office Coordinator
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office to increase the weekly ration of inquiry calls to qualified interviews. As the office hub and host/hostess, the Front Office Coordinator needs to ensure that all administrative activities, incoming calls, and applicant flow move smoothly. FOCs organize all office activities to ensure all tasks are met to the satisfaction of the internal team, clients, associates, and applicants.
Recruiting Specialist
The Recruiting Specialist’s primary emphasis is to conduct interviews via telephone, as well as assist applicants within the office. The Recruiting Specialist completes the application for the applicant during the initial conversation while conducting
the interview. This process reduces the time the applicant is in the office and improves efficiencies in working with an Employment Specialist at Express.
Employment Specialist
The Employment Specialist is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office with the primary emphasis on filling job orders from client companies. Employment Specialists are expected to build and maintain a core of strong associates in a variety of functions and be in a position to fill job
orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in the areas of Office Services, Light Industrial, and Professional.
Sales Representative
The Sales Representative for an Express Employment Professionals office is a critical position and is the person responsible for securing new business. This is done by identifying potential business opportunities in the local community and contacting key decision makers, through sales calls, by phone, and
in-person.
