Meet the Owner

Owners Rachel Chapman and her parents, Bill and Barbara Fellinger, bought the Huntsville Express office at the end of 2013 from Mark & Sylvia Lambert, who opened the office in 1997.

After a long history with a staffing competitor, Rachel decided to bring her knowledge of the staffing industry to Huntsville with the encouragement from her uncle, Bob Fellinger, who was Express Services (franchisor) COO at the time. Rachel’s passion about local employers and the economy in Huntsville has helped triple the client size since the purchase.

Matt, Rachel’s son, joined the Express team in 2014, bringing the third generation into ownership. Both Rachel and Matt are active in the community. Rachel is a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, sits on the Women’s Business Council, is a member of the Society of 75 for the Women’s Business Center of North Alabama, part of the Women’s Economic Development Council, and supports both the Kids To Love Center and the Manna House. Matt is active in AUSA and Huntsville’s Young Professionals chapter.
