Dave Kehlor graduated from Purdue University's Krannert school of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Management in 1987. Dave worked as a Sales Representative in Chicago for both Mead Corporation and Westvaco. Eunice Kehlor graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988. Eunice worked for both IBM and CompuServ in Chicago prior to starting Express.

In early 1995, Dave and Eunice quit their corporate jobs and moved to Indianapolis to start the first Express franchise in April 1995. Since that time, Express has grown to six locations in Indianapolis and over $40 million in sales. Dave functions as President of Express and owns both the Indianapolis West and Lebanon locations. In addition, Dave is the Indiana Regional Developer for Express Services with 18 locations and over $100 million in sales in the state of Indiana. Dave and Eunice have three children ranging from ages 19, 16 and 10. They live in Zionsville and spend their free time with their family.  

Rob Stubbs has been a valued member of the Express Employment Professionals team since 1998 and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for Express and SRG. Rob's tenure reflects his devotion to everything he does and he has spent over 22 years connecting with organizations across Indianapolis to help them meet their most critical staffing needs. He is passionate about over-servicing his clients and building bridges that last decades.

Rob is a graduate of Ball State University and has lived on Indy's north side for 30 years. In his family, work, and faith, Rob's primary concern is summed up in Express' mission, "Helping People Succeed." He is an active volunteer in the community where he works with several non-profit organizations to help employ those who have recently been released from prison.

In addition, he helps build churches in third world countries and is a Small Group Leader at College Park Church. When Rob is not busy serving the community, he enjoys Real Estate investing and working everyday to be the best husband he can be. He is a father to four grown and tremendous children and their spouses, as well as a grandfather to five grandchildren.
