The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.

Express Employment Professionals of Indianapolis Donates $5,000 to Local Nonprofit

Operation: Job Ready Veterans, a Support Organization for Veterans, to Receive Donation

Indianapolis, IN- 6/9/2017—Express Employment Professionals in Indianapolis, Indiana, is donating $5,000 to Operation: Job Ready Veterans, which is dedicated to preparing service members, veterans, military spouses and caregivers for successful employment.

The donation is part of The Impact Project, an initiative of the company’s philanthropic committee out of its’ headquarters located in Oklahoma City, designed to give back to nonprofits nominated by one of the company’s more than 770 franchise locations.

“We pride ourselves on having a culture built on giving and service at Express,” said Bob Funk, CEO and chairman of the board of Express Employment Professionals. “With that in mind, we know how important it is to support the communities where we work, serve and live. The dedication and support that our offices have shown for Operation: Job Ready Veterans is a great example of that service.”
Operation: Job Ready Veterans is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to positively impact the lives of veterans and their families by empowering them to meet their individual education, employment and career goals. The donation from Express will be used in direct support of the organization’s veteran employment transition seminars.
