This person will answer and return phone calls, schedule appointments, prepare account paperwork, review client files, create database inventory, proof read, prepare mailings/shipments, and be the go to person when the owner is out! This person will also handle the marketing materials and event planning - prepare email invitations for clients, create flyers for upcoming events, assist in preparing quarterly newsletters, and manage social media/blog inputs. Pay starts at $18/hour and company offers potential raises or bonuses based on performance and paid time off. 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.
