The pressure put on the transportation and logistics industry in the last few months has led to an increased demand for workers, specifically delivery drivers. Since May 2020, more than 290,000 jobs have been added in the transportation and warehousing industry.

A report from labor market analytics company Emsi shows more than 800,000 job postings across the U.S. for delivery drivers with an average annual salary of $32,000.

Despite many businesses having to adjust the way they work, one industry that has kept a regular schedule is construction. From new construction on homes and businesses to the homeowners who've been stuck inside and decide they want to remodel, this industry needs more hard workers
In fact, a recent survey of contractors done by the USG + U.S. Chamber of Commerce Commercial Construction Index found that 89% report moderate to high levels of difficulty in finding skilled workers. The fastest way to enter the nursing field is by becoming a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Unlike a licensed practical nurse (LPN), CNA's only have to earn a certification to be able to work, meaning you won't be required to have a license or pass a state-mandated exam. Becoming a CNA will require completing a locally-approved training program that typically lasts four to 12 weeks.
As a CNA, you'll be responsible for gathering supplies for nurses or doctors, taking vital signs, changing patient's dressings, and cleaning rooms and bed linens.
Maintenance
As businesses recover and continue to try to meet demand, many are not ready to make a large investment in buying new equipment. That means they need to have people in place to keep their current machines running well.
That's why maintenance roles are seeing an increase in demand. From keeping heating and cooling systems up and running, to making sure industrial machine equipment is efficiently working to meet demands, maintenance technicians will play an important role in the economic recovery post COVID-19
