Renee is the Operations Manager of the Cheyenne and Laramie offices, having previously worked in the Missoula, MT Express office. She currently holds the Profession in Human Resources (PHR), the Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designations. Renee is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is the Past-President of the local chapter. Renee is a past Campaign Co-Chair and board member for the United Way of Laramie County and is currently on the CRMC Foundation Board.

 Pat, Director of Community Relations & Accounts, has 17 years of experience in the sales and marketing arena. Pat is a member of the Cheyenne Chamber Red Carpet Committee and is the Membership Chairman for the Cheyenne Kiwanis Club. He serves on the board for the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, Wyoming/Montana Safety Council, and the First Interstate Bank Foundation, and is a former board member and President of the United Way of Laramie County. Pat is also involved in the Workforce Advisory Group and the Wyoming Business Advocates.

 Chelsea is from Southern Idaho and spent the last four years living in Arkansas with her husband, Josh, and their two dogs. While in Arkansas, she worked for the state as a supervisor for the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health in the nuclear planning and response division.  Chelsea and her husband relocated to Wyoming in 2022. During her personal time, Chelsea enjoys horseback riding, bowling, and spending time with her pups, family, and friends.

 Robin is a born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming, Gal! She was instrumental in opening Express Employment 12 years ago. She was gone for a spell but is glad to be back home in Laramie and with Express again. Robin enjoys all things rodeo first and foremost but also has a strong drive to be active in our community and help anywhere needed. She has 3 adult children and two granddaughters and loves them all so very much. Robin also has a Mini Golden Doodle named Trigger. She loves being involved with the community, especially Laramie Jubilee Days. One of the reasons she loves working with Express Employment Professionals is because she helps our clients find employees who are a good fit, and employees find a job that is a fit for them as well.
