Felicia has been working with Express Employment Professionals since June 2009. Cowlitz County Express has had the privilege of being Felicia's only employer. She started working with Express in high school mainly helping with filing and little projects around the office. She then transitioned to a part-time Front Office Coordinator while finishing up her high school credits while also starting her college credits with full-time credit hours at Lower Columbia College. Once she graduated high school and received her Associates Degree, Felicia was transitioned to full-time and in April 2015 she was promoted to a Recruiter position. Felicia was most recently promoted into Outside Sales. To say that Felicia is a reliable, hardworking, and loyal employee would be an understatement. For Felicia, the most rewarding part of working with Cowlitz County Express is seeing the joy and appreciation that people have when she and her team are able to find them the perfect fit!

Though Felicia did some moving around in her younger years, she was born right here in Longview and has been here through high school and college. When Felicia is not working, you can find her practicing her softball skills! She played as a lefty pitcher and an outfielder in both high school in Kalama and college at LCC. She even shares her knowledge of the game with others, as she often coaches recreational softball teams - which goes back to her passion of coaching and helping people. Felicia is also an active member in Longview Early Edition Rotary. Felicia's future is bright with Cowlitz County Express and we are so happy to have her as part of our team!

In May 2021, Express Cowlitz County welcomed Kasie Stecker to the team as our Administrative & Professional Employment Specialist. Kasie is an organized employee who is excellent at planning and possesses a strong desire to help others succeed.

Kasie earned her degree at Oregon State University in Merchandising Management with a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to Express, she worked for Romanoff Renovations as a Customer Service Representative and at Nordstrom for over five years in various roles, including sales and retail management.

Kasie grew up in Rainier, and after moving around Oregon and Washington, she decided to settle back in our area. When Kasi isn't at the office recruiting great candidates for our administrative job orders, you can find her at home enjoying a good book or going out in nature to hike and travel. Kasie is also an active member of her church, Rainier Community Church of God. 

Angel Thomas joined Express Employment Professionals in December 2021 as our Industrial Account Manager. Angel has lived in Kelso, Washington, for the past ten years but grew up between Kelso and the Tulalip reservation. She loves to go camping in the summertime and canning her own food during her downtime.

Prior to Express, Angel has held various positions, including working in the parts department for a local machine shop, Installed Sales Coordinator at Lowes, Assistant Manager at Starbucks, and for many years a Program Assistant at the Tulalip Tribes. Currently, Angel is enrolled and actively working on her BA in Organizational Leadership and Technical Management.

Jeff Wilde is a dedicated Light Industrial Account Manager with a deep-rooted connection to Cowlitz County, where he has spent his entire life. Graduating from Kalama High School, Jeff's professional journey has been characterized by versatility and a commitment to making a positive impact.

His career path has been diverse, beginning with service in the Army at just 19 years old. Following his military tenure, Jeff explored various fields, including construction, caregiving, logistics as well a working at a local mill. This broad spectrum of experiences has endowed him with invaluable knowledge and insights that he now applies to his role as an Light Industrial Account Manager at Express.

Jeff's association with Express has been marked by dedication and recurrent engagements, having worked with the organization on two separate occasions. His first stint with Express was from February 2020 to April 2022, and now, in 2024, he finds himself back in familiar territory, once again contributing his expertise to the team.

Passionate about making a difference, Jeff approaches each day with the goal of not only advancing his own career but also positively impacting the lives of those around him. He finds immense satisfaction in connecting individuals with career-long opportunities at reputable companies through his work at Express.

Beyond the professional sphere, Jeff finds joy and relaxation in outdoor activities like golfing, disc golf, fishing, and hiking. However, his greatest source of fulfillment comes from being a devoted father, cherishing every moment spent with his family.
