Meet the Owners

Mike Epsztein opened the Chelmsford - Nashua office of Express Employment Professionals in October 2006. As a fully invested owner and with a competent and dedicated staff, he has already delighted close to seventy clients and more every week.
 
Prior to Express, Mike had a 30-year career in the oil field, electronics and semiconductor businesses, working for such large organizations as Schlumberger, RVSI and FEI Company as a Divisional Executive.
 
Mike has an Engineering background. He graduated with an MSEE from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace in Toulouse, France.  He has lived in the USA for the last 25 years. Mike and his wife Francoise are now US citizens. They have three grown-up children.

Sara Epsztein joined her father in 2012 as an invested Owner and responsible for the Business Development of this growing office. 
 
Before joining Express, Sara worked at IBM for 11 years in Software Development and IT Consulting Services. In her most recent role, Sara was Program Director responsible for the strategy and portfolio of new service offerings for Cloud & Business Analytics. Previous to this, Sara held various management and technical positions including a 3 year assignment in China responsible for building & managing a software development organization of 400+ engineers. 
 
Sara has a BS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from University of Texas-Austin. She is bilingual in French and English. Sara also has entry-level speaking/listening skills in Chinese Mandarin.
