Greg Lowe

The Lynnwood Express Employment Professionals franchise began operation under Greg Lowe in June of 2010 and serves Lynnwood and surrounding areas, including Edmonds, Mill Creek, Woodinville, Bothell, and Totem Lake. The Lynnwood Express team provides temporary staffing, contract workers, and direct hire placements in a variety of fields, specializing in Administrative and Industrial staffing.  

Greg Lowe began his career with Express Employment Professionals as a temporary associate in 2003.  He knows what it is like to be between jobs, and to be searching for a new career.  Express was the staffing provider that stood out above the rest, and Greg was placed on several temporary assignments immediately upon completing the interview process.  After working through Express for several months, Greg was given an opportunity to join the Express office in Kent, WA as a Business Developer in 2004.  From there, he became the Sales Manager of the Kent office, earning Northwest Sales Person of the Year four years in a row.

When the economy took a down turn in 2008, Greg’s role shifted to assisting other Express offices in Western Washington as a Regional Sales Manager.  This afforded him the opportunity to assist many Express owners with generating sales leads so that newly hired Business Developers could have a leg up in securing new clients right out of the gate.

In 2009, even though the economy was still in the grips of “The Great Recession,” Greg decided to pursue ownership as a franchisee with Express.  He believed in the values of the organization, and he knew that Express would play a vital role in putting people back to work in our local communities throughout the United States.  As luck would have it, he found a franchise owner looking to retire in Lynnwood, WA!  On June 7^th, 2010 the sale of the Lynnwood Express Franchise was finalized.

Since 2010, the Lynnwood office has experienced tremendous growth.  Thanks to a tremendous staff, and incredible clients and associates, the Lynnwood office achieved Circle of Excellence again in 2015!

Being a small business owner that lives in the market that he serves, Greg believes that operating with integrity and providing his customers with top notch customer service is the key to building lasting partnerships in this community.  Greg aligns his vision with that of Express, and he believes that it is his privilege, "to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many clients as possible find good people."
