Katie joined Express in 2011 as an intern when her uncle, Paul Kotz, opened the Fitchburg Express location.  She then moved into a Staffing Consultant role, and then Office Manager, before becoming a part owner of the office.  Katie loves building relationships and trust with clients, and connecting job seekers with great Madison area employers.  Outside of Express, Katie enjoys Wisconsin summers on the lake, traveling with her husband and daughter, and trying new restaurants.

 

Carey became a part of the Express staff in September 2015. Her years of dedication to her occupation have given her extensive knowledge of both recruiting and the staffing needs of the local community. Carey excels in connecting and building relationships with companies in the area and matching them with great employees. 

Maria began her journey at Express Employment Professionals in September 2022, starting at the Platteville office. In June 2023, she made the transition to the Fitchburg location. Throughout her career, Maria's unwavering commitment to establishing positive connections with clients and job seekers has propelled her professional growth within the organization. Outside of work, Maria finds fulfillment in quality time spent with her son and reading a good book.

Lindsay joined the Express team in September 2022. Prior to working at Express, Lindsay worked in the funeral service industry for over 15 years in a caring supportive, problem-solving role. Lindsay is excited to evolve her Administrative recruiter role and takes pride in building relationships with associates and clients. 

 

Ashley started at Express in April 2023. Prior to starting at Express, Ashley worked as a nanny and the Director of a childcare center, where she gained excellent customer service and office management skills. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her children.  

Maya joined the Express team in October of 2023.  Before joining Express, she obtained her Education degree from UW-La Crosse and was a Middle School teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors. Maya is excited to help connect companies in the Madison area to quality candidates. 

 

Mike Schaul has been a co-owner of Express Fitchburg since August 2022. Along with Fitchburg, Mike also owns offices in Dubuque, Davenport, Moline, Waterloo, Platteville, and West Des Moines. Mike has been in staffing for over 15 years and excels in creating a strong and positive work culture. 

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Along with the Fitchburg office, Matt and his business partner, Mike Schaul, also own Express offices in Dubuque, Davenport, Moline, Waterloo, Platteville, and West Des Moines.
